For the glowing, it's sort of baked in, but no other lighting is baked. All of that lighting is real-time with point lights and emissive/incandescence maps in Maya. That's sans AO completely, too, since I wasn't able to get the second UV map to work for AO to work.
Did you bake the lighting into the textures for this ?
